Ordering Information
PRICING
All pricing in US Dollars. Single position engraving included in all prices.
ARTWORK
We recommend that you send your artwork via email. Please send your file as a CorelDRAW (.CDR) or as a 300 DPI high resolution, eps vector art file via email to info@glawards.com.
Please do not send BMP, GIF, JPG or any Word document. These do not reproduce well. Artwork should have a high black and white contrast, have no grays, is crisp, sharp and needs no further touch up, design, color separation, or rearranging for use. Some thin lines and reverses may not reproduce at the thickness or size submitted.
If your artwork needs to be cleaned up or modified, there will be an art charge of $20.00. We will notify you and get your approval before any modifications are done.
PAPER PROOF
We will email you a paper proof of the layout in a PDF format. Please review this proof carefully, make a note of any corrections and email this back to us. If you do make corrections, we will email you a second PDF proof for your approval.
If there are no changes, please reply that the layout is approved. Production will not begin without your written approval.
SET UP CHARGES
Additional locations of etching - add $5.00 per award.
COLORFILL
Colorfill on marble in either gold or silver is included.
PACKAGING
All items are packaged in a presentation box.
PRODUCTION TIME
Normal production time is two weeks from approval of artwork. Rush orders are available within one week with rush charge plus expedited shipping charges. Rushes are evaluated on an individual basis.
SHIPPING AND SALES TAX
Orders are shipped with shipping charges added to invoice. International shipments will have shipping, duties and taxes included on your invoice. Sales tax for Illinois and Wisconsin will be collected.
Any product damaged in shipping will be replaced and a claim with the shipper will be made. Please notify us of any damaged items as soon as possible. All outer and inner packaging materials must be retained for claims inspection until the claim is paid.
PAYMENT TERMS
15 days net. Deposit required for first time customers. Visa and MasterCard accepted. 
GUARANTEE
If products are etched incorrectly due to factory error, we will replace or repair the item at no charge.
Be aware, however, that marble, granite and onyx are natural products and that significant variations in color, texture, veining and surface cracks (fissures) will occur and are acceptable.
