Bob Kastner’s relationship with his customers has always been based on a very simple premise:  provide clients with the reward and recognition products, services, and programs that they need and have requested;  consult with them when asked, and then deliver those products, services , and programs in a professional and customer-centric manner.

One of Bob’s missions is to provide an environment of trust that allows for friendly and easy interactions.  His goal is to have happy customers.

Over the past 32 years that business philosophy has allowed Great Lakes Awards inc to develop relationships with companies large and small.  Current clients include Kraft Foods, Mercury Marine, Nestle Pizza, Snap-on Credit, and True Value Hardware.
